TENDER
Tenders will be accepted until 12 noon March' 31, 1977 to
supply and install materials as per specifications for a
sewage disposal system for Comfort Station No. 1 and the
Permit Office at Point Farms Provincial Park, RR 3,
Goderich (4 miles north on Hwy. 21).
The septic tank and chamber has been installed at the
Permit Office, but sewage lines and pump are required.
Quote on installation of both septic tank and pumping
chamber at Comfort Station No. 1. All lines are to be buried 4
feet in' the ground. Work to be completed and serviceable on
or before June 6, 1977.
This Tender will be subject to the "Mechanics Lien Act".
Tenders will be opened for public review on April 4, 1977 at
9 a.m.
Federal Sales Tax is not to be included or alternatively that
a deduction for this tax is to be shown prior to any discounts
or additions of Provincial Sales Tax.
Ontario Retail Sales Tax is to be added when applicable
and shown as a 'separate item.
