"Mustang Fever"
We all came together,
in early September,
hoping it would be,
a year we would all remember.
We worked hard and
we became a team,
hoping that we could
all fulfill our dream.
As our year started to go by,
everyones spirits became high.
The guys all remembered
the year before,
When a town called Essex
shut the door.
They remember what happened,
during.those seven games,
the cheap shots, and idiots,
and even their names.
4,
Itis something the Stangs
will never forget,
Its something the Essex 73's
are going to regret.
We hope to win our league
with a lot of desire,
Because the Cyclones defeated us
they set us on fire.
They happened to disgrace us
in our very own rink,
Without much trouble
because we did stink.
So the Mustangs would like
to hand out some advice
to the teams who set foot
on Mustang ice.
We play hockey very seriously
and for fun,
And we do our jobs,
the best they can be done.
So with this advice we give to you,
You may think your team's a lott better
but it takes pride and desire,
to wear a Mustang sweater!
