Wardens and members of the
1977 Board of Management at
both churches.
From the Rector -
"I wish to thank all those
who have contributed to
-making 1976 a good year in
the life of the Parish. The first
year of a ministry does in-
deed underline that what is
past is prologue and the
future is limited only by our
own" limitations of faith and
vision.
"First. we 'should express
our gratitude to Almighty
God who has led us. We have
known his Fatherly care in
our common life together and
in the lives of individuals past
and present. His Holy Spirit
has both prompted us and
consoled us. We have much to
learn about what it means to
be the Body of Christ.
"And then, I would express
perspnally for my wife and
myself, and on behalf of the
parish 'family, our thanks to
tyre Church Wardens for their
capable and responsible
leadership in all areas of
-Parish Life. Also- I express
our appreciation for the loyal
work of, the Board of
Management and the ACV,

. who gave their time and
talent during the past year.

CARE- IN
THE HOME
May we ask for harmony in
the years . ahead that suc-
cesses of the past may not
creep into the present to
hinder the future.. We
remember the past Rectors
with affection and thank-
fulness, but let not their
achievenients overshadow
what we are trying in 1977,
rather inspire us as we try to
do our own thing.
Finally to you who make
up the congregation of ,faith-
ful people in tfiis parish, may
our Heavenly Father con-
tinue in,you, the good work he
has begutie and may God's
grace be with all who love our
Lord Jesus Christ. Affec-
tionately, Bill Bennett.
Report of the peoples'
warden:
The only repair work done
at the Church this past year
wasthe relocation of the front
register. This change now
allows the rug to lay flat. We
thank Ray Wise for doing the
job.
Our Church is rich in talent
and generosity,in the person
.of Ray Wise again this year
he has used his talent to make
both a reading desk and a
prayer desk, both labours of
love. The materials were
provided by the ACW and Ed
Deeves gave a lamp for the
-prayer desk.
-Without the strong financial
support of our ACW, we would
find it very difficult to carry
'on. Thank -you ladies, for your
continued help.
Thank you to all con-
tributors, financial and
otherwise. You have done,.
well to keep our little home
operating successfully.
