of Seaforth.

Windsor with Andy Hardy on

night, Flame - Messenger,
owned by Evelyn” Rapson of
Holmesville, was fourth in the
first race.
Bobby Tar started the new
year off right with a win in
2:10.2 with driver Joe
McDaid. He is owned by Jim
Riehl of Goderich..
Merrywood Dee, who was
formerly • owned by Jack,
Holmes of Clinton and trained
by Walter Oster when she
raced' locally in 1975, had a
very successful year as a
four-year-old in 1976. From 41
starts, she had a standing Of
9-4-4, plus a record of p, 2:03.1
and earnings of over $8;000.
