Trayelling to London and the big shopping centres for Christmas Shopping took up most of the day and was completed by having dinner at the Ponderosa before returning home. We hope that more will join us next time we book up for this activity. + + + The First Sunday of Advent was celebrated at the Hensall United Church on Sunday morning by lighting the first Advent candle. The ceremony was performed by Mrs. Walter Spencer. The service was conducted by the Rev. Don Beck whose message was called, "Great Expectations". We have toet prepared in order that we may receive the Christmas Message and this is what Advent time is for.
