deemed advisable, pass a By-law providing for the :stopping
up of a portion of a certain lane or path dedicated. By Plan 22
for the said Township of Tuckersmith as a public, highway*
and being those portions of Block "I." according to Plan 22
for the Township of Tuckersmith described as follows:
