Reeve Gerry Minn said he had been asked by Roy Wheeler to ask council for a donation, to help defray the legal costs and council requested Mr. Wheeler to apply in writing and to attend the next council meeting to explain the reasons. The station has conducted a listener survey on the types of programming desired but results have not been tabulated as vet.
