(News -Record photo) Student returns from Switzerland trip Pat Anstett, a year Five student at CHSS has just returned from a four-week trip to Switzerland. Besides Switzerland, Pat visited France and Itzdy as well. She was a participant in a course dealing with various aspects of the jewellery business - electronic watches, gold, diamonds.at Lausanne, Switzerland. Selling and display methods were also highlighted. For her first week, before her classes began, Pat did soma travelling. She spent four days in Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland. Pat describes Zurich as a "bustling city" which combines aspects of both traditional and modern Switzerland; She remarked that every town has a clock tower, and that even churches have clocks. Another item of in- terest was the be'autiful statues which characterize Switzerland. Needless to say, Pat would like to return there someday in the future. As for us, we welcome Pat back from what was certainly a thrilling and enjoyable trip. Assembly sees fashions? Last Friday, the Assembly Committee staged an assembly for encouraging participation in Students Week. In several skits we were shown not only the latest Fashions for grade nine initiates, but the definite pro's and con's of Pyjama Day! Mr. CuII made a request to the student body for more interest in the choir. The fate of a possible musical this year lies in the amount of interest shown now. Please give Mr. Cull and the CHSS choir that support needed to make 76.77 a musical year at CHSS. DUMPYOUR VIONSTR i S WAGON.
