Moses M. Baker, 40, of 977 Mohawk Road, Hamilton pleaded not guilty to a charge of impaired driving and refusal to take a breathalizer test. He was found to be guilty on the charges, was fined 8300 and had his license suspended for six months because of previous convictions. Wayne L. Wagner, 28, of 6 Isaac St., Clinton was fined 8100 after he was found guilty of driving a car when his license was suspended.
