ministration offices. The
residents will have free use of
the facilites and developer

clubs will beeformed through

Although Goderich still
waits for tenders to construct
their new arena roof, the
building is still being
used despite its topless ap-
pearance. Arena manager
Bill Lumby,opened the arena
to roller skating enthusiasts
two weeks ago and now
hundreds of young people are
skating under the stars.

Bean `Festival over the past
weekend should have been
pleasantly surprised to see
the village's new look. The
