The centre, which will ac- commodate residents in the mobile home pack, will in- clude a whirlpool bath, saunas, game rooms, kitchen and 'bar facilities, Laun- dromat and sales and ad- ministration offices. The residents will have free use of the facilites and developer Len Veri hopes that several clubs will beeformed through this. Although Goderich still waits for tenders to construct their new arena roof, the building is still being used despite its topless ap- pearance. Arena manager Bill Lumby,opened the arena to roller skating enthusiasts two weeks ago and now hundreds of young people are skating under the stars.
