The annual meeting of the
hayfield Area Bluebird
Society was held on Wed-
nesday August. lith in the
hayfield Municipal Building.
There were 28 members in
attendance.
The president, Mr. Harvey
MacDougall was in the chair.
He welcomed the hayfield
area residents and introduced
the out-of-tbwn members to
the group. Reports were
given by those who checked
bluebird routes.
Generally speaking results
were -disappointing this year

many problems all are ex-
periencing in the atteinpts to
bring bluebirds to our area.
They remind the young

offering prizes atthe hayfield
Fall Fair. "Outline" pictures
of Bluebirds may be obtained
from Betty Burch, Doris
Reddoch or John Siertsema,
for children up to the age of
eight (8) years. Prizes will

continuing to give to the
project of bringing back
bluebirds taour area.
