Louis McLeod built Helen McLeod II - an exact• replica of a Great Lakes schooner, 37 feet long by 10 feet wide, carrying the rig of a Mackinaw boat. - a beautiful sailing craft and one thiv gave its owners excellent service for many years. Louis could handle ortant or many men this ship in ahnost any type of weather.
