and were also in Mexico for a
Shcrt time. A visit to the

Orleans was a highlight of
their holiday.
Linda Webster of Varna,
and Wendy Mustard and
Karen McGregor of
Brumfield, left on Friday
with other students of Central
Huron Secondary School on a
trip to Spain and northern
Africa,, They will be away for
nine days. .
Maple syrup weather has
arrived. In conversation with

there was a real good run of
sap this past weekend.

lodges held a most successful
dance at the Zurich Arena on
Saturday evening with music
by the Silvertones.
Mrs. Blanche Chapman of
London visited last week with
her brother-in-law and sister,
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Corbett.
Mrs. Al Corbett and infant
daughter Catharine Donna
returned home from St.
Joseph's Hospital, London on
Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold
Parker and Cpl. Doug. Wein
of the RCMP, Wein and David
of Whitby were recent
visitors with Mr. and Mrs.
Don Dalton and, Carla in
Seaforth.
Rev. W.D. Jarvis con-
ducted the service in Carmel
Presbyterian Church on
Sunday, delivering an ex-
cellent sermon on "Give Us
•Our Daily Bread."
Rev. Harold tvic.Killon, a
representative of Alcohol and
Drug Concerns, will be the
guest speaker on Sunday
March 28th. The Session of
the church met on Tuesday
evening at 7 p.m.
