'held in Londesboro at 8 p.m.
on April 15, and Dora Shob-

Conference on May 4, 5, 6 at
Waterloo University.

us to remember the log book
to be banded in by March if
possible:

Aimwell Unit
The February meeting of
the Aimwell unit was held at
-the home of Marjorie Duizer
on Monday February 16, with
unit leaders, Joan Whyte in.
charge. The roll call was
"The best and worst TV
program in your opinion".
The .Aimwell unit is to look
after lunch for the World Day
of Prayer on March 5 at 8
p.m., and the unit is also to be
responsible for the flowers in
the church sanctuary for the
coming year. Committees
were appointed for each
month.
A recommendation con-
cerning new senior choir
gowns is to go to the next
general meeting, and ten-
tative date of May 26 was set
for the annual ham supper.
The March meeting will be
at the home of Addie
Hunk ing.
The worship service and
program were in the charge
of Norma Glousher.
Margaret Good and June
Fothergill. June read from
the Upper Room and Norma
read the scripture. A hymn
was sung and Margaret
closed this part with- a poem.
June gave the study on
health care in Tanzania after
which Pat Hunking gave an
enlightening talk on Goodwill

week with their daughter, Mr.

The people of this com-
munity are concerned about
the closing of Clinton Public
Hospital. There are petitions
in the grocery stores, the
restaurant and T.B. Aliens
feed mill. Please place your
name on one of these.
