On Friday February 13, the
Blyth Atoms visited'Bayfield
defeating Bayfield 10 - 3 in the
first game in a best three out
of five series. Robbie Siert-
sema earned a hat -trick,
getting all three goals.
Assisting were Darin Telford
on two. and Robbie Chapman
on the other. • '
On Saturday, February 14,
Bayfield Atoms were invited
to Zurich • to participate in
their weekend tournament.
Zurich defeated Bayfield 4 - 3.
Hayfield's first goal was
scored by David Phoenix.

sema. David Telford scored
the second goal on an assist
from David Phoenix. Getting
the- third goal was Robbie
Siertsema. assisted by Darin
Telford and Rustycan4on.

On Monday. February 16,
the Bayfield Atoms travelled
to Blyth and were defeated by
Blyth in an 3-0 shut -out: The
next Atom game is in Blyth on
Wednesday evening.
On Saturday. February 14.
the Bayfield Pee Wees
travelled to Seaforth to play
their final game of their
series against Dublin and
were defeated by a score of 3-
1. Scoring the lone goal for
Bayfield was Brian Van
Aaken with an assist from
Jeff Merner and Andrew
Couper.
The Bayfield Pee Wees are
now in the consolation
playoffs against Grand Bend.
The first game in a best of
five series was played
Monday February' 16 in
Zurich against Grand Bend
with Bayfield .winning 5 - 1.

sympathy message to the
family of the late Mcs.
