Unless the Clinton Public
Utilities and the Clinton Town
Council can come to some
agreement. the minimum
sewage surcharge rate to
Clinton users may jump from
$5.75 to 88 per month.
The PUC says they are
losing an average of $2.000
per , month on running the
sewage system, and will ask
the town council to either
raise the surcharge rate, or
put the cost of paying for the
new sewage system on the
mill rate.
Despite expanding to a
larger "B" Fair, the Huron

meeting last week at the

had a modest profit.
Total expenses for the year
ending October 31 were
