The problem on recreation in the township arose in April when Council refused a request from Seaforth for a donation of 52,300 towards the cost of capital improvements at the Seaforth arena. -The three other townships. Hullett. McKillop and Hib- bert, paid their donations. (July 3) Last minute preparations are underway for the Clinton Centennial celebrations, which start on July 25, and the main streets of Clinton are all decorated for the occasion.
