Mrs. Margaret Consist gave a detailed report of the C.P,T. committee meeting and the euchre held recently, and stated a euchre had been set tentatively for January 15th. Mrs. Dorothy Parker Vice Grand reported for the visiting committee andthe treasurer, Mrs. Dorothy • Corbett gave a financial report* •The "Secrtt Pal" meeting will be held en January 7th when members will honour their Secret Pals. Following the business Mrs. Margaret Ingram, financial secretary, presided for the program. Pintas Mrs, Evelyn MacBeath, led in singing Christmas Carols, after which all joined in a "Rebekah'' contest. Mrs. Belva Fuss favoured with Christmas solos **Holy Night", "Winter Won- derland", and "Christmas 'Ws," and Mrs. Margaret Ingram gave several readings on "How the Christmas Season is Celebrated in Austria, Iceland, The Netherlands, Norway. Sweden and Christmas in Colonial AtnericA." The program concluded with Carol singing •and Mrs. Inez McEwen distributed the gifts from the Christmas tree. Refreshments were served in the lower hall. Auxiliary Christmas. party The Hensall Legion Ladies* Auxiliary met on Tuesday evening with the president, Mrs. Mena Campbell presiding. Plans were finalized far the "Children's Christmas Party" being held on Sunday December 7th. • Arrangements were made to cater to a banquet in December. Plants will be sent life members and shut4ns this season. Members are selling tickets for "The Manley Dol)." and the clriva will be made on 'December 24th.
