Len MacGregor, extension assistant: for Huron County with the ministry of aviculture and food, co- ordinated the event which $1,100 in cash and car- tiflcates, pins and plaques were awarded, to the mem- bers of 38 clubs. Mr. MacGregor reported there was 92 per cent com- pletion by the 379 club members participating this year in the 478 projects. Rob Stewart, RR 1, Len - sail, received the C. S. MacNaughton trophy for having the highest 4-11 score * in the county — 938 out of 1.880. He received the Canadian Canners trophy for the highest score in the Exeter sweet corn club. The Warden's novice award went to first-year member Carol Doulh, RR 3, Exeter, with the highest store in the first year. -Ruth Alton RR Lueltno, won the 1. A. Anstett award for the highest score in the 4- H beef clubs, the Huron Hereford Association award for the highest 4-H score excluding score on Hereford calf; and the Huron Milk Committee . award as high dairy judge. As the highest scorer in 4-H dairy clubs, Diana Brand of RR 3, Clinton, received the Canadian Imperial Blink of Commerce award. Mark Harding of RR I, Gerrie. was awarded the Huron Pork Producers Association trophy for the highest score in 4-H swine clubs and for being a first year member he received the Bank of Montreal, Clinton branch, award. Giena and Don Datema of RR 1, Auburn, built the championship 4-H gate sign to win the Halirce Farms trophy. Club award winners were: Fran Logtenberg, RR 7, Dungannon, all-round member in Dungannon 4-H calf club; Paul Franken and Ed Franken, both of RR 2, Auburn, were top horse in the Judgin awards; Barry 3Exeter, won Foods Lite ha? tngthe b� Fairies ,Judet. Cys as high: sheep Iu at Dave Mewhinney of Luoknow received the Huron County Reef Itup-rovetnent Association award as high beef judge; and Rose Marie Flynn, RR 4, Clinton, was presented with the Winston Powell award as high horse judge. Receiving certificates for 15 years of voluntary service were club leaders: Gordon Pappie of RR S. Seaforth and Torn Dern of RR 1, Woodham; for 10 years: Fred Uhler, of RR 3, Walton and Bob McNeil of RR 6, oderich. Rob Stewart, of R.R. i_UOnsatl received the Canadian Canners Ltd. award from Jack Urquhart, manager of Canadian Canners. Rob also received the C.S.
