Mr. Douglas Vincent -was rin at- tendance to discuss damage done to the sidewalk and to see what could be arranged in way of settlement. Theproblem of repairing the sidewalk was discussed and Doug Vincent offered toj�pay the amount of to replace the broken section. Council is to delay repair work for one week unless notified sooner that necessary heavy loads have been delivered. Council passed aotion to approve building permits to Glen Carter, Lot 14, concession eight; Alex Gelutzen, part lots three and four, concession 13; and L. Treanor, Lot 18, concession 14. These .permits are to be subject to Township by-laws and Huron County Health Unit approval. A motion was passed to appoint Durst and Vodden for Auditors in 1975. Council awarded the snowplowing tender to Ken Hulley for $14 per hour, the lowest submitted. She and her husband Alvin Proctor of Goderlcb Township, have enjoyed the berries from their everbearing plants all year.
