The Bradley Family sang
"We've Only Just Begun",
accompanied by Mrs. Joe
Storey on the organ.
-* The bride chose a •floor -
length gown of white silk
jersey with a twig train
coming out from the
shoulders. High, neckline,
back and front were trimmed
with seed pearls. Elbow
length bell sleeves and the
headpiece were also trimmed
with seed pearls and a triple
waist -length veil. She carried
*a cascade of orange delight
roses with autumn shades of
pools.
Marlene Cunningham of
Clinton, sister .of the bride
was maid of honour. She was
dressed in a floor -length
matte jersey (spice colour)
gown, scoop neck, sleeveless
with matching jacket, long
"! sleeve. pointed -fingertip
'Cuffs. Jacket high waisted,
with tie. Collar pointed at
back. Picture hat (off white
with ribbons) and streamers
matching dress. She carried a
Cunningham
nosegay of multicoloured
autumn pouts.
Gayle Cunningham of
Clinton, sister of the bride,
Janice Miller of RR 2,
Bayfield, sister of the groom
were the bridesmaids, and
they were dressed the same
as the maid of honour.
The best man was Brian
Miller of Clinton, a friend of
the groom. Guests were
• ushered by Mark Hartman,
Bayfield and Bill Klomps of
RR 2, Bayfield.
The bride's mother chose a
floor -length matte jersey
gown of sapphire blue. em-
pire waisted, V-neck with
attached hip length cape, and
gold accessories with ra
corsage of yellow roses. The
sproom's mother chose a floor -
length • gown with high
waisted black background
and yellow flowers patterned
throughout. She wore a
corsage of yellow roses.
A reception was held in the
Clinton Legion Hall. Guests
were present from Clinton,
Seaforth, Goderich, Sarnia,
St. Thomas, Galt, Oakville,
Ottawa, Florida, Delhi,
Waterford and Exeter.

Prior to the wedding the
bride was given showers by
Miss Nanc Colion, Mrs.
Mary Jean Beattie and Mrs.
Marg Fleming. and one given
by Mrs. Robert Miller and
Mrs. Murray Miller.

Mrs. Eric Luther of Hensall
led the Christian Women's
Club song service on Sunday
evening and sang several
vocal solos accompanied at
the organ by Mr.' Luther.
Jim Laurie of Blyth
arranged and directed a
musical program for Family
Night. The program consisted
of dance numbers by Karen
Glousher and Ted Elliott, the
Highland Fling by Beth and
Lorie Charters. The Country
Chicks harmonized for
several quartette numbers
and include Sherri Marshall,
Stephanie Van Amersfoort,
Sherri and Karen Richmond.
Jim Lauriegritertained wwith
Irish and 'Scottish songs
accompanied by Mrs. Ella
Richmond.
Miss Pearl Gilley a native
of Blyth thanked die' en-
tertainers on behalf of the
residents.
The Blyth Senior Citizens
Club were hosts on Wed-
nesday afternoon for the
October birthday poarty. The
twenty-six celebrants were
presented with gifts by the
Club following the program
and lunch was served to 150
residents and guests.
Mrs. Keith Webster was
emcee for the afternoon with
vocal solos by Mrs. Mc-
Clinchey accompanied at the
piano by Mrs. Philips and a
'sing -a -long led by Mrs.
MacIlroy.
Mr. and Mrs. Harvey
Johnson showed colored
slides of Florida, an& gave?*
very interesting coati
mentary. One of the
celebrants, Mrs, Margaret
Erratt expressed the ap-
preciation of the residents for
the very enjoyable program
and party.

Local Obituary
G.E.CALDWELL
George E. Caldwell.
Goderich, died suddenly
Friday, October . 17 at
University Hospital following
an accident. He was 75.
He was born in Dungannon
November 6, 1899 to parents
George and Rebecca (Smith)
Caldwell. He lived in
Dungannon and Colborne
Township before moving to
Goderich 11 years ago. He
was a farmer.
He was married Christmas
Day 1920 in Nile to the former
Clete Brindley who survives.
He was a member of the
Canadian Trotting
Association. He was also a
member of Knox
Presbyterian Church.
Surviving besides his wife
are one daughter. Mis. Frank
Verria) Dam, Colborne

children. Wayne. Karen,
Jana and Brian; three
sisters, Mrs. Nelson (Blan-
che) Culbert, Mrs. John
(Myrtle) Spivak and Pearl,
all of Dungannon; and two
brothers, Ben of Windsor and
Bill of Clinton. He was
predeceased by one sister,
Agnes.
Funeral service was at
McCallum Funeral Home
Monday, October 20 with the
Rev. Ronald C. McCallum
officiating.
Interment was in Colborne
Cemetery. Pallbearers were
George Feagan, Lionel Ar-
bour. Roy Meriam, Jerry
Roebuck, Ted McLean and
Bob Deer. Piowerbearers
were Jim McPhee, Rob Jerry
and Jack Duckworth.
