Dear Editor:
How often have you heard the.
expression, 'hat'sawful" or
"I' m not eating that ! '
Many of us cannot tolerate
poor food yet so few of us can
imagine life without it. Try to
visualize your life if you had
nothing at all. Just try. No
food, no lodgings, no comfort
for pain etc.
Surely you would help such
people if they came to your
door. Then why wait? Get
involved. Save lives.
Such people sttorld be
remembered constantl ►.
Please care.
Oh citizens of .Clinton it's
time we care once more and
think of the millions of starving
souls. That's what
Thanksgiving's for.
And all of our Thanksgivings
will be most delightfully fair
when instead of saying. "What
can l get?" we say, -What can f
share?"
,. , Please send tax deductable
relief donations to OXFAM, 175
Carlton Street, Toronto,
Ontario, M5A 2K3.
Keep on holding those
ova lkathons, bingos. rail les.
etc. Hunger hurts.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Yours sincerely.
