As well as indicating his support, Mr. Riddell advised he intends to contact the minister of culture and recreation for the Province of Ontario to determine if assistance is available from that source. "I will make every effort to assist in any way," he stated. The purpose of the campaign is not to provide operating funds for the County Historic Site.
