Atoms lead WOAA series

Last Saturday, the Clinton
Atoms defeated Wingham 7-4
--- and last Tuesday evening they
won again by a score of 11-3 to
take a lead of 3 games to 0 in the
W.O.A_A. Atom Finals.
Game four will be played
here Saturday afternoon at 1
_p.m. If a fifth game is
necessary it will be in Wingham
on Sunday at two p. rn.
Tuesday night's game was
played with Clinton making
only one error, while Wingham
had ten plus. Andy Flowers
went the distance for Clinton
giving up three hits and had ten
strikeouts.
Dave Allen and Mike
Williscraft were the big hitters
for Clinton, each with four
singles.
Jeff Taylor had a single and
got hit with a bad pitch. Scott
Kay, Jim Fleming, John
Morgan, Brian Cooper, Paul
