They challenged the recreation council members to a game and discovered it was a great night to bolster ones confidence. The opposing team were made up of warm hearted enthusiastic township lads who kindly allowed the women a few extra serves if the first was a fluke! After eight happy-go-lucky games, the ceilings still hung too low! Secretary Janice Miller read the roll call and minutes. A cover design was decided and done by Janice Miller. Mrs. Miller discussed the three main types of clothes and the basic colour scheme.
