QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 10, preferably Grade 12 education, good knowledge of
spelling and English grammar and usage. Must have good
shorthand. Approximately four years related experience in
typing, stenographic and dictaphone usage, including at least
one year as a secretary, or an acceptable equivalent com-
bination above the minimum required. Thorough knowledge
of office methods and procedures, ability to work with
minimum supervision, to compose correspondence, ability to
deal tactfully. Successful completion of Civil Service typing
and shorthand tests. -^ - -

chuckling over the good time

Doug Yeo. They challenged the
recreation council members to

great night to bolster ones
confidence.

pledge. Secretary Janice Miller
read the roll call and minutes.
A cover design was decided and
done by Janice Miller. Mrs.
Miller discussed the three main
types of clothes and the basic
colour scheme.
Mrs. Bettles with Mrs. Miller
demonstrated how to prepare
your fabric and also how to
alter the shoulder length on
your pattern. The meeting
ended with the saying of the 4-14
motto.
