eligible to claim this tax credit

taxable income, the Pensioner
Tax Credit must be claimed by
the same spouse, who is
claiming the Property Tax
Credit, except when no,
Property Tax Credit is being
claimed, in which case either
spouse, but not both, may claim
the Pensioner Tax Credit.
