De. Taylor, born ;in London, was a. - ember of the Progressive Conserve ative party and was first 'elected to ' the Ontario Legislature in 1t3 3. He had been in ill health for some time.. During. the March session `of' the Leas- lature in 19.15 he Was taken ill on. the door of the House and removed to hospital. In J une, 11)45, he conducted his -election campaign from his `room in Toronto Geueral Hospital, where he was recuperating. This year Dr. Taylor, -after twenty- - niue years of practice in Dashwood, '« sold his practice and 'hospital to Dr. Donald B. Ferguson, of London. At that elute Dr. `Taylor said: "From now on 1 amu going to take it easy." Dr. Taylor graduated from the Uni- versity of Western Ontario in 1916. He was president of the War Service Board in his district and was well known fur his charitable and health work in his constituency. He was educated -in London public schools and graduated 'from Central Collegiate.
