Fair grounds on Friday afternoon to
set in motion the annual fair, the
receipts from which this year topped
those of last year. 'While ouly a few
miles from Dungannon rain fell •a.n
threatening skies promised more to
follow, the area immediately around
Dungannon was free from rain and 1

quite frequently in approval of the
Dungaimon Fair and the happy throngs
that visited it,
The crowd was particularly. pleased
with the -'excellent horses that came
considerable distances to the fair. The
horse § of Mrs: Elgiu Armstrong from
the A.BC. stables of -Brampton, were
most impressive, as was the showman -

Pleasing were the horses of -William
Maybeey, of Viloedstoek. Having been
on exhibition at the Holstein kali Fair
