Twenty-three sheep of a' hock of
fifty -live on a' farm near Whitechurch
were killed recently by lightning. Mr.
Foran, owner of the farm, does not
live ou it and the dead sheep were
not fonud for about a week. They
were lying alongside- a fence at the
back of the farm.
The death occurred at Stratford oh
Friday last of Mrs. t'e' 1l, Miller, native

Goderich township, at the, age of
sixty-three years. Deceased was.. the

Palmer Kilpatrick. Toronto.. when it

had planned coining up this way for
holidays, but as their son was not feel-
ing well they had their family doctor
make a check-up before deciding to

was taken to hospital for treatment

Junior Mission Bands Give Program.

for the August meeting on Friday
