yellow streamers. Paul Barnard,
cousin of the bride, was ring -bearer.
The guests, numbering, about fifty,

Dorothy Johnston, Ruth Bogie, Mrs.
Leonard Christilaw,. 1Irs. . Kenneth
Morris, and Mrs. Jos. Freeman. For
travelling the bride• donned au outfit
of fuchsia Silk jersey with white ac-
cessories, and wore a corsage of
Johanna Hill roses. Guests were pre-
sent from Toronto, Detroit, Wiughaam,
Stratford', Clinton,' Kincardine, and
L(ndon.

death occurred at .Muskoka hospital
on July 25th of Daisy Madeline Ryan,
youngest daughter of the late Mr. and
Mrs. Jacob Ryan of Ashtield. Miss
Ryan. was educated at Goderich Cul-
legiate~
Institute -And Stratford Normal
School and taught school at Dungan-
non,. Part Credit and Kirkland Lake.
Unfortunately she- developed tuber-
culosis and, in February, 1935, she
entered the sanatorium at Graven -
horst, where her cheery disposition and
undaunted spirit endeared her to the
patients. and stall. She leaves to
mourn their- loss' two sisters, Mrs. W.
Caesar, Ashtield, and Mrs. \V. J. El-
liott, Elk Lahc, and one brother, �llarry,
of Dungannon. The funeral was held
from Dungarnion United church ori
Monday, July 28th, With Rev. S. T.
1)unk, the pastor. in charge.- During
the service 31iss Marietta Stiugel sang
u sal,'. The patllbearel'L were Jack,
,Bill; 1'<tul and, Donald Caesar, Gordon
Anderson ani[ (tiro. Ilaiuilton, ne'phew's

tributes were borne by Jack Eedy,

family plot in Dungannon cetneetery.
