Recent amendrzients to the above Act provide •that all .
standard profits claims must be filed with the Depart- -
rnent of National Revenue before 1st September, 1947.
All applications are required to be in such form and
contain such infor`ihation as may be prescribed by _the
Minister and the Minister may reject 'an application
that is riot made in such form or that does nbt contain
such information.
