EASTER.
IS MORE THAN A DAY.
Easter is more than a day.
It is the- souls of all the little children of the world.
It is the hopes and prayers o1 the older people, who have
tasted fear; dread, pain -and want, to see the beginning
of a little light that favoring winds will kindle to a
. flame.
If Easter can be, but a rebirth of great thoughts and firm
resolves to niake ideals come true, then, truly, Easter
is a day to be honored by all good people of every fifth
and 'creed—
In every. village, in every home—and each in his own way—
each in the forms and rituals of °his fathers can pray
for peace on earth, good will to men. ,
