QUICK FISH CASSEROLE
One, and one-half eups ' flaked
cooped fish, 1 cup canned peas,
:or diced cooked celery, 1 bag potato
chips, 1 can cream of mushroom
soup, , Put fish, potato chips and, peas in
layers iu greased , casserole dish, re-
serving enough potato chips for. top.
Dilute mushroom "Soup with milk ac-
cording to directions ow can. Pour
over fish and vegetables in casserole.
Tap with remaining potato chipst Babe
in electric oven (350 degrees) from
20 to 30 minutes or until heated
thoroughly. Yield: four servings.
MEAT CUBES IN TOMATO SAUCE
Inch cubes of canned meat, • 1 •
small onion chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt,
dash pepper, dash sage, 1/3 cup
quick -cooking oats, 2 tbsps. drip-
ping, 1 can condensed tomato soup,
?% cup water, 1/.1 tsp. chili powder.
Combine cubed beef, onion, season-
ings and oats. Brown in skillet then
place in greased casserole. Combine
tomato soup, water and chili' powder.
Pour over meat; cover and. bake in
electric oven at 350 degrees for .20
minutes. Yield: four servings.

•FoiirT.0 s hot cooked rice, cooked
spaghetti or diced cooked potatoes,
1 can .condensed tomato soup, 1
cup grated cheese. •
l'ile rice, spaghetti 4‘)i- cooked potatoes
ore holt serving plates. (If leftover

double boiler.) Heat condensed tomato
soup. Pour over ')bounds of rice;
spaghetti or potatoes. Sprinkle grated
cheese on top. Garnish with parsley
or cress. Yield : four' servings.
