The happy event also marked Mr, Wilson's eighty-fifth, birthday, stied the address, on behalf of the company, after extending felicitations- contained these words: -"You have been an outstanding citizen of the community throughout the years. Staniforth, regent; presided. ` Although Miss Caupbell, correspond- ence secretary, rend a letter from the treasurer of the Provincial Chapter recommending that I.0.II.E. funds were not to be used for outside organiz- atiens, 325 was voted for Chinese relief, 'On behalf of the Provincial campaign committee, Mrs. Cecil L. Brown con- gratulated the Chapter on completing the quota for the Second war memorial. A letter from the Goderich High School District Board gratefully uck- nowledged • the National Geographic Magazine- donated by the Chapter. - Ten dollars was donated to aid the nursery play •school, for children of pre-school. age.
