A. corpse of some unknown person
was found on the lake beach, near
the boundary between Ashfield and
Colborne lately. The remains were
allowed to remain on the beach for
some days, because no person would
remove them without instructions
from the coroner. The body, when
found, was entirely nude with the
exception of the feet, which had a pair
of long boots on.
Early on Monday morning of last
week, Capt. Wm. S. McKay, while
