R.A.M., D.S.1VI., one of the most pro - mint directors in England A 'well-known resident of Goderich passed away at her home on Anglesea •;$treet on Friday night in the persorr of Mrs. Matilda McClure, widow of the late James McClure, who died seven years ago, in his 94th year. ,Mrs. McClure had been ill since August 51h, at which time she fell in her home breaking her hip. The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fisher of Colberne Township, Mrs. Mc- Clure lived with her parents on a farm near Benmiller. She was a member of Victhriao St. United church. , Six children survive their mother, viz., John of Goderich, who is at present in e-hospital-sufferingsfrom_a-hrokeraln snitained a few days before his mother's accident when he fell from a load of hay; Robert, who resides on the family homestead in Colborne; William, of Dungannon; Mrs. George McClure, Wil- kie, Sask.; Mrs. Mary Galbraith, at home, and Mrs. Andrew Shephard of town.
