groomsman was Robert II. McCabe, bro-
ther of the bride. The wedding party
returned to the home of the bride's par-
ents where. a darnty supper was served..

Mrs. Chardon Bisset gave the Easter mes-
sage. Thia was in the form of two

poems entitled "Jesus and the Angels"
and ..Easter Tidings," which were very
appropriate. The meeting closed with
Prayer by 1VIrs. Sanderson.
MISSION BAND ST. PATRICK'S 'TEA
'Midst the teeming rain and sleet of
last Saturday alterneon, March 17th,
the members of the Mission Band of
1omc to thelr niany
Sun-
day school room looked quite springlike
and appropriate for the day with its
touches of green and profusion of dot-
foctils. A delicious supper was served
and the boys made it possible by. ;flaking
many calls during the rainy afternoon
to .coliect the food Winch was so gener-
ously donated. The little girls looked
very charming with their 'cvhite. and
green ..eaPS.--and" aim= as „they ---waited
on their guests. •Pauline Johnston and
Helen Robertson, assisted by -Agnes
Snyder, were responsible for the candy
table which was daintily arranged with
fancy baskets and boxes, • the candy
being all disposed of long bac,* the
•supper was over. The :Mission Band
realized about $30. and wieb. tb tnank
all those who ventured out in such
downpour of rain for their hearty sup-
port.
Mr. J. W. Moore acted as pall -bearer
rather than Mr. H. Snyder; as mention-
ed in another section .of the paper, re-
garding the obituary notice of Leila May

day, 'March 9th, 1934, of William. Jesse
Mountain, in his 72n4 year. ,Mr.
Mountain was born. in Hullett Township
but for ten year resided in Dungannon,
later moving to Ocoderich, where be and
his wife lived until- last year. when ow-
ing to the ill:health of his ,wife, they •

member of the Masonic, lodge. The
funeral took piece from the residence
of Mrs. Dean, 'Detroit, to grand Lawn
cemetery, the services -being eonducted -by
Rev. Mr.' Palmer. His widow, one -son,
William Mountain, 'of Port: -Colborne,
and one danghter„ Mrs, , Dean, survive,
as does a brother in Venus, Calif. r

"beloved wife of John Naegle, at her

Naegle was in her 70th year, and
