Seaforth. early. !this year. Judge Wear-
ing, in ,court at tondo#, ordered the
Guaranty Trust Company to return the
car _to Wars, t luggard on payment byz her
of 41 repair and istorage. bill.
The car is a .11933 'model sedan and
was taken by Huggard .when he left
Seaforth atter •ming about $l50,000 m
'securities belonging to Seaforth district
residents.. It was found abandoned in
a Fort Erie, garage.
The Guaranty ' 'rOst Company was
Appointed trustee of the 4Y'uggard estate
when the Seaforth lawyer wase declared

claimed i was hers and not the pto-

to purchase it from, her but had return-:

which Haggard gave his wife in Dec-
ei r of 1935. He claimed it was to
buy Christmas presents but the Trust

the case and Judge 'W'eairing adjourned
the trial 'over the week -end to bring the
books from Huggard's office to throw
