OBITUARY
ROBERT W.. TURNER
There passed away at the- home of
his daughter, Mrs. G. •Freekleton, Port
Elgin, on Seine 20th, Robert.W. Turner,
in his ninetieth year. Mr. Tu+ner. had
not been in the best of health for some
time, but.,was able to be up and around
until four weeks agd. He was horn
in Devonshire, .Eugland, and came to
Canada in,1870,Jeturningin 1876, 'He-
wes married in that year and soon after
came again to Idanada, arriving In Bay-
field with his wife. They farmed hi
Stanley township for 4ifty years and
thee retired and moved to Exeter. In
1936 they eelebrated. their diamond
wedding anniversary. Mrs.. Turner
pasSed away three years ago. Four
sons and two daughters survive; Wil-
liam of Windsor, John of Stanley totatt-.
