ed by Mre. John Glavin conveying the
sad news of the death of her youngest
son Patrick, at the age of 20 years, who
died in St. Joseph's hospital, Albuquera
que, New Mexico, after being :=12

was a very clever boy, and was a gen-
eral favorite in the neighbolhood.

friends will be indeed sorry to learn of
his death when just in the mime of

day morning and were taken to his
home, the burial taking place Tuesday
morning in St... Peter's cemetery. The

I. That for the purposes aforesaid it shall be law-
ful for the Reeve and Council of the said Municipality
to pay to the said Connor Maehine Company. Limit-
ed. the saki sum of $600.00 and to grant to them a
fixed yearly assesiiment of &500d30 for a period of ten
yearsbeginning on the 31s1 day of December. 1208,
upon the terms and conditions expressed in the said
preliminary Agreement.
9. That if mammy for the purpose *foretold
there shall he raised in and during the year 1908 by
special rate upon all the rateable property of the said
