Bobier is ' being tried before Police Magistrate Humber of Goderich at the Town Hall. The case is one in which the plaintiff accuses defendant of falsifying the weight of a car of hogs shipped on Aug. 6. Up to noon the evidence. taken went to show that the hogs were two nights upon the road, and therefore the shrinkage would be more than norntal; that part of the load had been fed by Mr. Bobier for six days; and that the weights had at Hirst been accepted by the company.
