SYNCOPE TIIi CAUSE OF »EATIt, On Saturday afternoon last' the iubabitents of Exeter were sadly surprised to learn that a young lady about seventeen years of age, daughter of IIr. Thomas Glinu, of Hibbert, had come to Exeter iu the morning, in toler- ably good health, was taken ill and about six o'clock breathed her last. It appears that Mise Glinn had -not been in good spirits for three or four days previous -to the day ou which she ex- pired, the ailment being .principally iu the head. On Saturday morning Miss Winn, al- though not feeling very well, made • up her miud to come to Exeter to transact some busi- ness which she was.atpxious to have done, aud, it company with her father and cousin, arrived in the village in the forenoon, and proceeded to transact her business at several planes. Iu the afternoon about four o'clock, she called at teed the annual county mustang of the L.
