schools hold volleyball championships

Volleyball championships were held for elementary schools last week. On Friday, Stephen Township's Misty Zaranik, left; went after the ball at the Huron girls event held in Hensall.
McCurdy finished second to Hensall in both the boys and girls division. Middle, Lucan St. Pat's were second in both boys and girls divisions at the Middlesex county event held Satur-
day in Lucan. Colbome, from Strathroy, were the champs. At right, Stephen Township's David Robertson watches as Steve Averill hits the ball in the boys final at McCurdy.
