GROOT - Life is very short. We have suf-
fered a great loss with the passing away of
our dear son and brother Jonathon. With
every dark cloud there is a silver lining,
which was your overwhelming support and
sympathy. This helped us weather this enor-
mous tragedy. Never in our lives have we
witnessed so much thoughtfulness and gene-
rosity. Our heartfelt thanks go to our family,
friends and neighbours for their cards, flow-

brought to our house. We are very grateful

McKELLAR - There are truly no words
strong enough to express our heartfelt grati-
tude at the kindness and caring shown to us
since the loan of my husband and best friend,
Donnie. We wish to thank everyone for this
outpouring of supportto all those who gave
the flowers, food, cards, notes, prayers, nu-
merous donations, and even for just being
there for us, or thinking about us. Special
thanks must go to Mary Lou and Ron
Bilcke, Daryl Gill, Mary Alderson, Kyle
Harrison, Peter Gill, the Big 0 Sockettes.
Hensall District Co-op, the Rotary Club of
Grand Bend, and the Church of God. And to

we say thank you. The support we've been
shown over the last few weeks is appreciat-
ed more than you can ever possibly under-

through, and your compassion and friend-

Exeter on Friday, November 4, 1994. Mrs.
Ella Pearl Dalrymple, the former Ella
O'Brien of Queensway Nursing Home, Hen-
sen and formerly of Exeter in her 80th year.
Dearly beloved wife of Wilmer George
Thomas Dalrymple. Loving mother of
Thomas and his wife Muriel Dalrymple,
Doug and his wife Judy, both of Exeter,
Charlie and his wife Barb of RR #I Hensall,
Wilma (Mrs. Derick Misener) of Vanastra
and Alice (Mrs. Herb Broom) of Exeter.
Dear sister of Alma Lostell of London, Ro-
bins (Mrs. Roy Pepper) Exeter and Nettie
(Mrs. Ben Tinney) of Exeter. Loving grand-
mother to 12 grandchildren. Predeceased by
sisters Margaret (Mrs. Joe Lostell) and Vera
in infancy. Visitation was held Saturday 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. in the Hensall Chapel. 120
King St., Hensall. Funeral and Committal
Service was held in the chapel on Sunday,
November 6, 1994 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial
donations to the Heart and Stroke Founda-
tion would be appreciated as an expression

day, November 7, 1994, Irene (Prance) Des-
jardine of Grand Bend; in her 74th year. Be-
loved wife of the late Herman Desjardine

Venner of Calgary, Barbara Clarke of Sar-
nia, Linda and John Campbell of Belgrave,
Heather and Bob Maass of London, Garry
Desjardine of Grand Bend, Nelson and Su-
san Desjardine of Grand Bend, David and
Debbie Desjardine of Brampton, Brenda and
George Couckuyt of Merlin. Also survived
by 13 grandchildren and 2 great-
grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Alma
and James Prance. Resting at the M. Box
and Son Funeral Home, 183 Broad Street,
Parkhill, where the funeral service will be
conducted on Wednesday, November 9, at
1:30. Rev. Colin Stover will officiate. Visi-
tation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9. Interment Grand
Bend Cemetery. Donations to the Arthritis

FARQUHAR - At St. Joseph's Health Cen-
tre. London on Tuesday, November 1, 1994,
Grace Farquhar (Snell) of Exeter in her 74th
year. Beloved wife of the late Aubrey Farqu-
har (1989). Dear mother and friend of Gail
and Dale Turvey of Burlington, Bill and Lin-
da Farquhar of Exeter and Lynne of Huron
Park. She will be deeply missed by her
grandchildren Tim and Erin Turvey and
Becci, Steve and Dave Farquhar. Dear sister
of Dean and Guy Mather, Chuck and Lois
Snell and Hazel Beaver. Predeceased by her
sisters Dorothy Patrick and Mabel Skinner
and brothers Harry and Russell Snell and
sister-in-law Doreen Spencer. Dear sister-in-
law of Jean Snell, Ila Snell, Dorothy Farqu-
har, Ron and Marie Farquhar and Mary and
Glenn O'Reilly. Also loved by several niec-
es and nephews and many friends. Rested at
the Dinney Funeral Home, Main Street, Ex-
eter where the funeral and committal service
was held on Saturday, November 5 at 1 p.m.
with Rev. Cordell Parsons of Exeter United
Church officiating. Interment in Exeter Ce-
metery. Donations may be made to the chari-

WEBB - At Victorii Hospital, London on
November 2, 1994, Milton Webb of London
in his 82nd year. Predeceased by his wife
Florence Jean Guenther, December 7, 1976.
Survived by his children Carole Nunns, Ted
and Fran Webb, Ed and Judy Johns, Bob and
Mary Webb, as well as 12 grandchildren and
8 great-grandchildren. There will be no fu-
neral as he has bequeathed his body to The
University of Westem Ontario for the pur-
poses of medical education and research.
