Tom Seip, of Seip's Valu Mart agreed. "We won't open unless our customers demand it," Seip said. Representatives from Dar- ling's declined to comment on the decision to open the store on Sundays. "I became fascinated by it," he said. When he started in the business, Barnes said there was no one else in this area operating full time. So he decided to give it a try. "It's changed a lot over the years," he said. "Equipment now is really high tech. But that's half the fun."
