In addition 15 prestigious dealers ate returning to sell their artifacts at the show. A gala wine and cheese recep- tion will again open the show Fri- day evening, November 4 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets for Friday evening are eligible for a door prize for a weekend for two at the Oakwood Inn. Guests can mingle with dealers and obtain the first chance to purchase extraordinary antiques. Rotarian convener, Dorothy Peat, is impressed with the dealers who are committed to the show. "The variety and quality of the dis- plays will be excellent", she said. "It's going to be a superb show." One of the qualifications for the dealers is that the artifacts must be genuine antiques at least 50 years old. Some of the antiques on dis- play will include the following items: pottery, litnoge dishes, jew- ellery, linens, lace, quilts, clocks, silver, Canadiana furniture, toys, paintings, frames, early Canadian press glass, figurines, dolls and old tools. The Rotary Club will operate a consignment booth at the show. Anyone may submit an article to be sold provided that is is 50 years in age. The Rotary Club will take 20 percent of the sale cost. Contact Brian Hall at 238-8892, before No- vember 4. The admission price for Satur- day and Sunday is $4. per person..
