Simons introduced Sherene Dav-
idson to everyone. Davidson men-
tioned that this was a lifetime event
for Jesse and his family and that
this was her husband John's idea.
Sherene and her husband John
have three boys, Tyler, 18 years
old, Jessie, 16 years old and Tim,
13 years old. Jessie's Walk Across
Ontario started May 20, 1995 and
ended September 20, 1995, a total
of 120 days. It was mentioned that
they had lots of fun and met many
new friends. People they didn't
know were very kind to take them
in and feed them and keep them the
night. This will be a very memora-
ble experience for the whole fami-
ly.
Davidson also announced that on
May 20 there will be a 5 km walk
in Springbank Park. All pledges go
towards Jessie's Dream. Gordie
Howe will be there, along with oth-
