The Exeter legion •BQntams took
on an elite bantam : team from
Stocl4holm, Sweden called SKIAK

South Huron Recreation Centre.
The Swedes played Goderich,
Clinton, Seaforth and the Grey
Rrucl triple "A" Bantams before
meeting Exeter for the last stop of,
their tour.
Knowing the Swedish team was
undefeated so far, stearnrollingeve-
ry team that contested.thenl, Exet-

Hodgins, and trainer Bob Canlp-
bell would have liked to hand the
Swedes their first and only loss.
With Exeter leading 1-0 at the end
of the first period, it looked as if it
was possible.
After five minutes of play Brian
Hayman took a pass from Scott
Keys and put one past the Swedish
goalie with an old fashioned Ca-
nadian slap -shot.
Exeter kept their 1-0 lead going
into the 'second period but that's
when their opponents stopped play -
