TURKEY PRODUCTS
Q. How is the best way to
barbecue turkey products?
A.There are two ways to
barbecue - Direct and
Indirect. The Direct method
means placing the food
directly above the heat source
and is used for searing and
grilling of foods that take 25
minutes or less to cook.
Tiukey burgers, breast fillets,
sausage, precooked wings
and drumsticks are ideal
choices for Direct heat
grilling. Grill should'be placed 6-8 iridhes from coals
on "medium" setting on gas-fired grille P2fit ittalspleg
can also be an effective direct heat technique. Simply
apply marinade and wrap meat in foil DULL SIDE
OUT. Remove meat in last few minutes to brown all
sides.

Q. We listed our Mme on
Monday and a different Realtor
sold it on Friday. Do you think
they tamed their commission?
A. The Realtor who sold your
property certainly earned their
commission, as a quick sale is
usually not a matter of luck.
Successful Realtors develop a
large client base of prospective
buyers through inquiries
received from the "Por Sale"
signs on properties that they have listed for sale,
advertising programs, open houses, personal contacts
and their reputation in the marketplace.
The sale results from extensive efforts by the Realtor
to successfully match the newly listed property with
the potential buyers in their client base.

Q. Should children attend the
