Diners weren't sure if it was the
menu of turkey and dressing or the
terrific harmony of Audibly Awe-
some that was the attraction. A
way, the seniors gave new m ng
to the phrase, "The more, the mer-
rier". Everyone had a great time.
Graham Bowker, Len Lobb, Bill
Strong, and Richard Rose outdid
themselves with music and jokes:
Hot apple cider and shortbread
cookies as well as fancy squares
helped complete the evening.
Musical program
Saturday afternoon again found
us enjoying a musical program.
Clare Massee, Doug Insley and
Joyce Pepper provided some toe

Alpha Tau Sorority vier videos
EXETER - Donna Jones and
Verga Russell were co -hostesses
for the February 6 meeting of Al-
pha Tau sorority. The meeting
was at the home of Norma Lin-
denfield where the group viewed
two videos on Breast Cancer and
BGeast Self-examination. Linden -
field spoke on her past experience
with breast cancer and stressed the
importance of examining your
breasts every month. She suggest-
ed choosing the same date each
month for the examination was
an easy way to remember to do
it, such as the date of your birth-
day. It is important to have a
mammogram every two years af-
ter the age of fifty. Several
pamphlets for the Huron -Perth
Unit of the Canadian Cancer So-
ciety were read, containing addi-
tional information about this dis-
ease.
The sorority then adjourned to
Donna Jones home for the busi-
ness meeting. Plans were made
to attend a movie in London on
February 20. Plans were made to
attend an Orchestra London per-
formance in the spring.
Maude Connon was the lucky
recipient of the Valentine box of
chocolates from the draw held
by the Ways and Means Com-
mittee.
